Sherms Bar-B-Q
Sherm's uses an original dry rub to season the Baby Back Ribs, St. Louis style spareribs, and chicken, which are then smoked. The beef, pork and chicken are cooked slowly using hickory & mesquite producing a flavor so rich and smoky, there is no need for any other seasoning. All of our meats are available with Sherm's own barbecue sauce.
